Aurora 7 reaches Minmus! Val circularizes the orbit, and the crew prepares to get closer, and commence the first Minmus Landing! The maneuver should take about 3 days.

Year 2, Day 359 (Aurora 7 Launch)
Aurora 7 blasts off from the Space Center! Val, Bob, and Robart are the crew – the mission: land on Minmus! 
After the burn to Minmus, Val performs the docking and transposition maneuver, and Aurora 7 begins its 5 day journey to Minmus!
“Hang tight everybody, we’ll be there soon!”

Year 2, Day 302 (KSS Auxillary Science Lab Launched)
The KSS Auxillary Science Lab is launched! These frequent KSS missions using the Sarnus Rocket hardware is getting our scientists and engineers very familiar with them – should be useful when the Aurora Program uses them to visit Mun!
The launch has some serious problems once in orbit. The very top heavy module proves very difficult to control! From the ground, Val does her best to help.
“This thing steers terribly! I’ll do my best to save it – no promises though!”

Once Val is able to successfully navigate a rendevous, Jeb EVAs over to the module…and hops inside!
“I’ve got it from here, Val!”

Jeb pilots the unwieldy module closer and closer to the station…
Success! The new module docks with the KSS.
“Just need to move this Escape Vehicle over to the habitat section of the station!”

Year 2, Day 16 (Discovery 2 Returns Home)
Val, on board Discovery 2, returns home from the first Mun orbit! Landing just west of the KSC, some KSEA engineers are hopeful that some form of re-usable space craft might be possible, if it can be recovered so close to the Space Center!
Researchers begin pouring over the data brought back by Discovery 2, and the Kerbal Congress is extremely impressed by the feat! Rumor has it monthly funding will be markedly increased in the near future!
Year 2, Day 5
As Discovery 1 prepares to return from Minmus, Discovery 2 is rolled out! Discovery 2 will (hopefully) enter orbit, perform a first-ever space rendezvous and (if fuel remains) perform an orbit of Mun! Val will pilot Discovery 2, and rookie engineer Bill will inspect Spacelab for the scientist who has yet to be chosen! Ideally whoever that is will go up on Discovery 3! 
Orbit is a success!

Val finds a good place to meet up with Spacelab, and fires the engines at just the right time!
