DSV-4 Endeavor is readied for launch at KSC! The Horizon-class Deep Space Vehicle will be the third re-usable deep space vehicle in KSEA’s fleet!

“Awesome, we have a fleet now! “

The powerful Jool-7 Rocket blasts off, and slowly lifts Endeavor to orbit!

After the solid rockets eject, the 7 primary engines circularize the orbit, until Endeavor reaches a 100k orbit!

“We’ll call that another success ladies and gentlemen! Endeavor has reached orbit!”

Rumors have it Moho will be the destination for Endeavor… although exact plans have not been announced!

Year 19, Day 24 (Moho Relay Satellite Arrives at Moho!)

Another component of the Deep Space Relay Network arrives at Moho!

In a wide 80 degree orbit of the warm little planet closest to the star, this relay satellite will help future missions here communicate back with Kerbin!

Year 18, Day 300 (DSV-3 Horizon Construction Update!)

Construction of the next Deep Space Vehicle, Horizon, is nearly 90% complete! Progress has been slower than expected however, as new features and upgrades continue to be devised and then incorporated into the design.

These features keep creeping in, and slowing down development of the spacecraft!

While Horizon shares the same basic construction of Discovery, the most notable new feature is a massive cargo bay, designed to allow Horizon to carry a Lander or other payloads to its destination!

KSEA promises that blueprints will be available soon!

There is no word yet on the destination of Horizon… With the window for Sarnus closing soon, many Kerbals speculate Moho will be the likely target!

Year 18, Day 270 (Moho Relay Probe Leaves for Moho!)

The (probably overpowered) engines on the Jool Va second stage ignite, carrying the relay probe out of Kerbin Orbit!

KSEA has had nothing but problems with calculating Moho Transfers for some reason… planners are hopeful this launch will go better!

Year 18, Day 243 (Moho Communications Relay Launched!)

KSEA launches a Relay/Scan satellite to Moho atop a mighty Jool Va Rocket! The probe will stay in Kerbin orbit for another 40 days until the window to Moho opens!

The probe is part of the ongoing expansion of the Deep Space Relay Network – and is intended to facilitate easier missions to the hot little world of Moho!

The Moho Surveyor moves into a polar orbit, and begins mapping the surface of Moho! It shouldn’t be too long before KSEA has fully imaged the surface!

The Moho Surveyor reaches Moho! At just the correct moment, the engines fire to reach orbit!

The 278k orbit proves ideal, and the Surveyor’s three scanners begin capturing a detailed view of the surface! Once a few orbits are complete, the craft will transition to a polar orbit.

This major success is all the talk of Kerbin!

Year 5, Day 66 (Moho Surveyor Announced!)

Construction starts on a new probe, Moho Surveyor. This probe will be launched into an orbit of Moho, and hopefully begin mapping the surface!

The Moho Surveyor is essentially the same design as the Duna Surveyor, only launched atop the Sarnus-X rocket, in an effort to give the spacecraft the best chance to arrive at Moho with a signifigant amount of Delta V that will be required to enter orbit!
