KSEA decides to delay the launch of Aurora 16, and to use the rocket to deliver just the lander, as well as all the fuel that would have been needed to carry the Aurora Command Vehicle to orbit.  All that extra fuel will be transferred to the Harmony Space Station’s fuel reserves!
