Pathfinder 4 blasts off, heading for Eve!

After the orbital stage detaches the next stage fires….

Until finally the Nerv engine finishes the burn to Eve! The trip will be a fast one, only 153 days until orbit! (No need to save fuel if the craft isn’t coming back!)

Construction begins on the next Pathfinder probe, pathfinder 4! This probe will be heading to Eve with an aquatic landing probe, a surface probe, and an experimental rover probe!
The Frontier 3 probe launched to Neidon 6 years ago has stopped transmitting. KSEA engineers and scientists think that the crafts solar arrays just weren’t sufficient for transmitting that far out. Just a few weeks ago Frontier 3 was still transmitting at near full strength thanks to the Deep Space Network KSEA has been building, however.
A probe is already on its way to Neidon, Pathfinder 2!

After much clamoring from the Kerbal States public for blueprints of the Pathfinder Deep Space Probes (absent mostly because the Kerbal Blueprint department forgot to release it) blueprints of the Pathfinder Deep Space probe is released!
The probe is somewhat unique as it is really 4 probes in one: a mothership that acts as a relay and orbital scanner and 3 planetary probes, which can be customized for whatever the mission might require, such as aquatic probes, atmospheric probes, or a ground lander. A future rover is planned, however the size limitation has made functional mini-rovers quite difficult.
The Pathfinder 3 Probe departs Kerbin for Jool and its moon Vall! At roughly the same time Pathfinder 2 performs a small maneuver to adjust its approach to Nedion… just 7 more years to go and the probe will arrive!

The Pathfinder 3 probe departs for Jool!

Pathfinder 3 launches! The probe, headed to Jool and ultimately Vall, will sit in a parking orbit until the launch window arrives (in 192 days.) KSEA figured it was better to get the thing in orbit than leave it sitting around the VAB for months!

Pathfinder 2 launches – the destination is the never before visited world of Neidon. While a previous probe was launched to Neidon, Neidon Surveyor, that craft had inferior communications systems and will likely loose communication before it reaches Neidon.

The Pathfinder 1 probe blasts off from the space center!

In 200 days it will perform a small maneuver that should allow an intercept with Laythe!
