Year 22, Day 419 (DSV-5 Intrepid Crew Lands on Moho!)

In a 20k orbit of Moho the cargo bays of DSV-5 Intrepid slowly open to reveal the lander and rover!

With the bay doors open and the dish retracted, Carson and Bob climb into the lander – requiring a quick EVA!

Carson aims for the minor craters of Moho, fires the engines… and the lander begins ots descent!

The descent thrusters fire, and the landers slowly touches down!

Mission Science Specialist Bob detaches the rover from the top of the lander, and RCS systems guide it to a landing nearby!

The RCS assembly on top of the rover detaches, and flies off to a safe and probably very destructive landing site.

Carson climbs out first – deploying the ladder and climbing down!

Carson runs over to the Rover and starts checking all its systems!

Bob triple checks his suit’s air conditioning is fully functional, and slowly climbs out of the lander, while Carson watches from the rover!

Bob and Carson climb into the lander, deploy the solar panel at the back, and head out from the lander!
